Binary options against the pool

You are not facing the house. The other side is drawn from the pool, and the price arrives from outside.

The pool takes a side

Someone else may enter first. Your move is a separate stake. If you do not press Higher or Lower, their round closes without a debit.

The pool does not draw the price

Expiry reads the feed. Server time marks the moment. The browser clock does not settle the trade.

Three outcomes

Price on your side: stake plus percent. Against entry: the amount stays in the pool. Equal to entry: the stake returns in full.

Who takes the other side

The other side is not a dealer and not a house book. It is other accounts in the pool. That is why a rival can appear on the chart before you: they are already in the market, and your move has not been made.

Their stake and yours are not glued into one entry price. Each has the quote at the moment of their click and their own amount. What the round shares is the asset, the price feed and the expiry.

Why the pool does not set the price

The pool assigns the contract. It does not draw the candle. The quote arrives from an external feed, the same one on the chart in the middle of the home page and in the terminal.

The close is tied to server time. If the second has already passed on your screen and the server has not reached it yet, settlement waits for the server. The reverse does not produce a convenient price either.

Three results of one stake

You lead when the quote at expiry is on the side of entry you chose. Then the stake plus the percent from the pair card is credited.

Behind means the direction did not match and no payout is credited. Level means the quote matched entry and the stake returns without the percent. The percent by itself does not promise the result. It is only the size of the payout if the side is right.
