LTC/USD is litecoin in dollars, a 24-hour pair. On a short expiry it is quieter than dogecoin and narrower than bitcoin. Overnight this is still the day ticker, not LTC OTC.
Litecoin was created in 2011 as a lighter bitcoin: blocks arrive more often and the supply cap is higher. Next to bitcoin it is sometimes called silver. It is a separate network with its own dollar price.
